FAQ

How do I place an order?

You can place your order via our shopping cart. Just click click “Add to Cart” after choosing the options (size/colour/gift).

How are the items packed?

All our lingerie are discreetly packed. Each item is individually packed due to hygiene standards. Invoice with order details are also inserted in the parcel for your reference. If your item is a gift item, please indicate this in the comments field during checkout and we will replace the invoice with a packing slip instead. Packing slip does not contain any pricing information. 

What are the shipping options?

Orders are sent out via Singapore Post. Shipping is FREE within Singapore via Singapore Post Smartpac. We also provide courier ship option at an extra fee of SGD6 per standard parcel. Courier service is available on weekdays and half-day on Saturdays via our courier partners such as EasyParcel, uParcel or Yamato Transport. Order received on Saturday with courier option will be delivered on Monday onwards. Customers can opt for slots of 9AM-5PM or 5PM-10PM. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on in case the delivery staff needs to contact you.

What is the currency of sales?

Items are sold in Singapore Dollars. For Paypal/Credit Card customers, the exchange rate will be calculated via Paypal.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments via Paypal platform. This ensures that your payment is secure as Paypal is a safe payment portal. For Singapore customers, we also accept Internet Banking (IB) and ATM payments. You will receive an email instruction on where to make internet/ATM payment to after selecting the payment method and checking out. 

Please remember to furnish us the payment information by replying the order email so that we can process your order.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

We will send you an email confirmation upon successful receipt of your payment. Items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days upon receipt of your payment.

Can I return the items if it does not fit?

We do not accept returns due to hygiene standards. However, we will accept returns due to manufacturing defects. Please refer to our returns policy here.

When will I be able to receive my orders?

You will receive your order within 5 days locally. Courier orders are usually delivered the 2 next day.
