SHIPPING

Local Singapore Delivery
 
1. Delivery is FREE within Singapore, regardless of order amount via Singpost Smartpac.
 
2. Smartpac parcel will be provided a tracking number and you can check the status from Singpost Tracking page. Parcels will be delivered to doorstep.

Should there be a failure in delivery i.e. there is no one at home to receive the parcel, the item posted into your letterbox and the postal staff will update the system accordingly with a time-stamp. Delivery can be expected within 5 days.

3. You can opt for a door-to-door courier service at a rate of  SGD6 per standard parcel. Parcel will be delivered within the next 2 days based on your preferred slot of 9AM-5PM or 5PM-10PM. You can select this option at checkout. Courier is available on weekdays and half-day on Saturdays. Order received on Saturday with courier option will be processed for outbound delivery from Monday onwards.  Orders will be delivered by our courier partners such as EasyParcel, uParcel or Yamato Transport.

Please ensure that your mobile phone is available at all times and someone is at delivery address per allocated timing.

There is no delivery service to certain areas such as Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island, army camps, prison complex, restricted government buildings etc. We reserve the right to change the delivery mode if your address is included in the latest restricted zone of our courier partner. Delivery to Sentosa is subjected to an additional top-up which will be followed up by our Customer Service department.

4. Parcels will be processed out within 1 working day upon receipt of payment.

5. Please note that we are not liable for mail lost in transit for normal shipping, hence we urge customers to opt for Registered Mail or courier delivery.
 
International Delivery
 
1. For international orders, we use International Air Parcel service for delivery. We partner a reputable international service provider for delivery. All items are delivered via Registered Article Mail system.


*All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of their goods. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.
 
3. Please allow up to 14 working days for standard delivery.
 
4. Please see the following delivery restrictions where we do not ship to here.
 
5. Southeast Asian countries we deliver to include: Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam.
 

 
Please note that we will not be responsible for deliveries lost in transition. However, we partner a reputable delivery service provider to ensure quality service to our customers. 

In the event that the parcel was delivered but recipient is unavailable; the parcel will be held pending for collection. Please ensure that this is done within 7 days. Else, the parcel will be returned to us and we will levy an administrative fee of SGD10 and the shipping charges. Refunds will be made for the balance of monies, i.e. products less administrative fee of SGD10. Please allow 10 working days for refunds to be made.

RETURNS

1. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on lingerie sets that comes with panties, garters, hosieries and teddies. This is because we hold high hygiene standards for our stocks. Hence, please check & confirm your sizes before putting in an order. We deeply appreciate your kind understanding.
 
2. For returnable products, please put up the return request via email at CustomerService@renerofe.com.sg within 30days upon receipt of your shipment. Return requests received after the 30days will be rejected.
 
3. All returned products must be in their original packing and accompanied by original invoice. The items must be in its original condition. We hold the right to reject the return/exchange/refund if we find the items washed/worn. Please also indicate if you would like to exchange instead.
 
4. Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs for the return.
 
5. Refunds will be credited upon return request approval via the same method of payment. Kindly allow us time to process the refund.
 
6. We will provide you with the return instructions & return address via email.
